TRE played an instrumental role in the inception and development of Better Outcomes for Our Kids, Inc. We needed research and evidence to educate parents on school options and choice. TRE provided the research, talking points, and informational material needed for us to raise awareness and engage parents, community members, politicians, educators, and other key stakeholders.

TRE helped me work through some personal issues that were preventing me from being the best person that I can be. Now, I have a job and a safe place for me and my daughter to stay. I am also working to enroll in school.

I needed a family observation for a custody dispute that was pending out of state. TRE provided my family a social worker who was responsive to my family schedule and availability. This was important considering my daughter was only in my custody for short periods because she lives out of state. TRE’s responsiveness and professionalism helped me to fulfil a vital court obligation in a timely manner.

We were recently awarded a service-learning grant that was authored by TRE. Having their assistance ultimately allowed us to work with a well deserving community of youth in Atlanta that would have otherwise continued to not have access to vital resources and opportunities. For that we are forever grateful and will continue to work with TRE in the future.

TRE designed and assisted with implementation of a one-year youth development model that we use to provide after school programming at high schools. With the support of TRE, our afterschool program has created youth-led projects that received national attention and the youth we served have gained invaluable skills. The services TRE provided exceeded our expectations. In addition to receiving programmatic direction, TRE provided us with research, statistical analysis, and informational documents needed for us to scale up our program.
